Absolutely nice environment to chill with friends. Staff are friendly to introduce their menu to us.The menu takes care people with different dietary preferences. Each dish is marked the short form for customers to recognize the dietary preferences.We chose the brunch menu which contains 6 courses at just $378. A 60 mins free free flow of wine, beer and Prosecco is included. We don’t drink alcohol so we change to sober one.Mamagaio $60Yuzu, calamansi, shiso syrup, lime, sodaYellow Bird $60Pineapple juice, passion fruit, lime, sugarSALMON TIRADITO This dish was a refreshing start, with the bright citrus notes of yuzu complementing the sweetness of the mango salsa. The radish added a crisp crunch, making it a vibrant palate cleanser.DADINDHOS DE TAPIOCAThe creamy cheese paired beautifully with the chewy tapioca, while the sweet chili sauce provided a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. It was an indulgent treat that left me wanting more.SOBA NOODLE SALAD The sesame dressing added nuttiness, while the crunch of the cabbage and carrot made for a satisfying bite.CHICKEN OKONOMIYAKI The fried chicken was a standout, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy within. The tonkatsu sauce and mayonnaise brought a rich, umami depth that elevated the dish.ROASTED SALMONThe tender marinated ingredients melded harmoniously, showcasing the deep flavors of miso and the earthiness of shiitake mushrooms.GRILLED GRASS FED TENDERLOIN(+$38)The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, showcasing a smoky flavor from the charcoal grilling. The burnt spring onion tare sauce added a unique twist, enhancing the meat's natural richness.UMA NOTA DESSERTIt was served with fresh fruits, ice cream and cakes. Amazonia duck rice $195 ⭐️ 4/5The duck rice resembles that of a paella, rice is soft and slightly chewy, more on the saucy side. The addition of aioli and salsa on top added some richness and tartness to the dish. The duck slices on top were also soft and nicely cooked.  Ipanema baby back ribs $250 ⭐️4/5The juicy pork ribs falls right off the bone, marinated in a signature BBQ sauce. The portion is quite generous and great for sharing among the group. Chocolate mousse $98 ⭐️4.5/5This was a rich and decadent dessert. Recommended by the waiter, this was THE way to end the meal. The chocolate mousse was topped with some granola for the crunch and finished off with a thick layer of meringue. Surprisingly the dish was not as sweet as the photo may suggest, good for Asian dessert palate! Interior is vibrant and energetic and staff are also friendly. 📍Uma Nota中环苏豪卑利街38号地下C号舖Uma Nota系一间巴西同日本fusion菜餐厅,环境好有特色,装潢色彩缤纷,好有南美风情🇧🇷🇯🇵。今次试咗佢地嘅weekend brunch,每人HK$378,包四款前菜同主菜,同埋甜品拼盘。前菜有三文鱼刺身、大阪烧酱炸鸡、麻酱荞麦面同巴西傅统小食香炸木薯芝士粒🧀。其中以炸木薯芝士粒最新颖得意,食落有少少淋,有啲似炸西米糕🤣主菜我地拣咗烤三文鱼、烟熏辣椒干腌香鸡、慢烤美国乳猪肋排同炭烤牛里肌肉。烤三文鱼好嫩同埋个汁好衬😍,但牛里肌肉嘅牛味就比较弱同干😕其他两样水准正常甜品拼盘系亮点,成架甜品船咁上枱,气势十足👏🏻入面有云呢拿雪糕🍨、芒果雪葩、朱古力mousse同杂莓芝士蛋糕,每款都精致又好味✨。整体食物质素中上👍🏻,如果想试啲新奇嘅fusion菜,Uma Nota嘅weekend brunch真系值得一试!💰人均~$400-500😋总评分: 8/10   继续阅读
