I have a Singaporean belly coz I spent 7 years there. And Laksa to me is in the SG style with tones of coconut milk and very dense/thick favouring. This is very much different from what I was expecting. Even if I take away my presumption (coz it would be unfair) of the laksa soup, the soup in this store was still plain. The spicy oil was floating on top without a good mixture with the soup below, and the flavour therefore not as good. And the teh C, very weird taste. From checking on others’ photo, there has been a 30% increase in the price… well.

灣仔「搵嘢食」一啲都唔容易,唔係選擇少,而係人好多,比較受歡迎嘅就多數都係要等。今次試咗一間以地道嘅馬來西亞🇲🇾喇沙麵🍜為招牌菜嘅餐廳🍴,坐位唔算多亦頗為擠擁,午巿套餐以一碗麵🍜➕一份小吃➕一杯飲品🥤,家鄉味品又即管試試🤓———————————————————————————.🍜古晉喇沙麵💬馬來西亞🇲🇾古晉傅統叻沙每碗湯底均由馬來西亞鮮蝦🦐、本地鮮雞🐔同多種天然香料以至少12小時熬煮而成;配上雞肉絲、鮮蝦、蛋絲、豆芽,隨喜好加入桔仔汁💦同埋秘製參巴醬🌶,有別於慣常食到嘅味道🤓.🍜高佬麵💬加入秘製醬汁,配上叉燒、白魚蛋、菜心🥬、肉碎,少少🤏辣椒🌶️,簡單得嚟都幾好味,有點驚喜,更為歡喜😋

🦐 鮮蝦喇沙 $88有兩隻蝦,新鮮超彈牙😆,佢既喇沙同平時食既唔一樣,系馬來西亞既古晉喇沙,湯底望落好似好辣,但係其實唔辣而且偏淡味,建議一定要加佢嘅叄巴醬,叄巴醬微辣可以提味,更滋味😝配菜系芽菜,而麵底系米粉,值得一贊既系佢既米粉煮到爽口👍🏻

終於比我試到呢間喺灣仔出名食古晉喇沙嘅餐廳!我同朋友試咗兩款唔同嘅喇沙:🍜傳統古晉喇沙 ($95) 配料有雞肉絲、鮮蝦、蛋絲同埋芽菜🐥雞肉絲喇沙($88) 配料就得雞絲同埋芽菜,雞絲份量都幾多同好有雞味,不過如果可以再滑啲就好啦~喇沙嘅湯頭同平日喺其他餐廳食開嘅喇沙好唔同!首先顏色上係偏深紅色,飲落蝦味偏濃同帶有咖喱香味,椰奶味就唔算好重。額外仲會跟配桔仔同叁巴醬俾客人根據自己喜好調味,辣醬都幾有風味,如果落晒啲辣醬落個湯度都幾辣🥵 另外因為佢麵底係用米粉,所以每一條麵都好掛汁會比較濃味,但食完又唔會覺得口渴,可能因為佢哋真係冇落味精👍🏻甜品我哋試咗ABC珍多冰 ($48),上面啲配料都幾多,有珍多粒、紅豆、涼粉、粟米同椰果,但下面啲係成舊冰咁上要我哋自己整返碎啲冰😅 同埋啲粟米粒食到有啲罐頭粟米嘅鹹味😕 我係星期六晚去,可能因為full house再加上得兩位店員,所以上菜速度都有啲慢,有好多客人包括我哋都要催單。舖頭比想像中細,如果唔想排隊嘅話就可以早啲去或者網上訂位先~
