< Burger & Lobster > arrived at the highest bar in the world, < Ozone > of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, as a month-long pop-up. After popular demand, it has stayed and is here to stay, or, at least, until further notice!
We who can't visit their shops in the UK now have the opportunity to taste their celebrated burgers and lobster in HK. What's more exciting is that this delicacy can be enjoyed in the world's highest bar! And the warm hospitality from the team of servers of the bar just makes our experience even more delightful.

Must-try items include the classic Mayfair burger and whole lobster, but we opted for a lobster roll and chicken burger which were also finger licking good and fulfilling. Let's save those must-tries for next visit!

来自英国的龙虾加汉堡连锁店《Burger & Lobster》今年初进驻香港，在全球最高酒吧、香港丽思卡尔顿酒店的Ozone设立期间限定店
其后因为人气旺盛，他们决定延长营业日子，到现在好像更加是留下来了！
没得亲身到英国朝圣，现在在香港也有机会一尝他们的龙虾跟汉堡啦
再加上酒店内餐厅一贯的优质服务，令食客都想一访再访
较上次在Ozone吃晚餐的不快体验，这次实在是好很多～
-Lobster roll w/ fries & salad ($328)
面包用上brioche roll，口感松软、牛油香浓郁，再烤得外层微脆
里面夹著鲜甜味美又弹牙的龙虾肉，加上柠檬美乃滋酱，色香味俱全🦞
淋上特制的蒜香柠檬酱汁，更令人食指大动！
龙虾包伴随薯条跟沙拉，丰富又可以平衡一下油腻感～

没有点餐厅最招牌的牛肉汉堡 The Mayfair 🍔
反而尝了这款炸鸡汉堡，但也相当高水准！
上下两层面包质感松软，外层微脆
中间夹著香脆的炸鸡，入口即爆出丰富肉汁
再配上微辣的大蒜蛋黄酱，叫人回味无穷😛
