Enjoyed a relaxing meal at this cozy, homey cafe in Tseung Kwan O. Feels like it serves mainly residents nearby (as it is located inside a residential area), but I feel like it is worth visiting even for people not living in TKO.

The restaurant features wooden furnitures with dim lighting - loved the warmth and coziness and almost felt a Christmassy ambience! -
Their signatures are house-made pizzas, pastas and French crêpes. You can't go wrong with these!
We did try a pizza, pasta and a crêpe as recommended by staff and to our surprise, they were really nice!
The pizza crust was thin and crispy, with toppings and a house-made tomato sauce full of umami.
The pasta dish - paccheri with seafood - was a blast too. Highly recommended.

北欧生活态度「Hygge」意思是温暖、舒适,大概是寻找生活中的小确幸的意思?位于将军澳的《Hygge》就正正能够带给食客这样温暖的感觉
餐厅以复古木系装潢为主,灯光昏暗柔和,感觉温暖,还有些圣诞气氛呢
加上亲切的店员和同样友善的其他客人,真令人有家的感觉
(原来这里是同样令人放松的人气食店 悄悄食堂的姐妹店呢) -
这里主打手制披萨、意粉、可丽饼
店员介绍餐牌时说到餐牌最近更新了,向我们推荐了各样招牌菜式
店员介绍得很吸引,所以她推荐的,大部分都点了🤣
披萨、意粉、可丽饼的确很不错,更是一试难忘!

餐厅位于将军澳海天晋汇,感觉是附近居民的街坊食店,但区外人也不妨特地到访,可能会有惊喜!

意式生牛肉薄片伴布拉塔芝士 ($188)
Beef carpaccio w/ Burrata cheese
首先来一份前菜~
这里的生牛肉薄片以牛柳制成,每一片都薄如纸、吹弹可破,用叉轻轻一戳就散开
肉质柔嫩非常,配上以chorizo sauce跟芥末制成的酱汁,还有Burrata cheese,相当惹味
碟边还放上两块薄脆面包,可以伴著一起吃,更添层次

意式风干猪脸颊薄饼 ($178)

然后就是餐厅的招牌菜式 自家制披萨啦!
披萨尺寸为10",两三人分吃都适合
餐牌上有介绍这里的披萨制作方法:面团用上法国 T-65 和 意大利 00 面粉,再用上两天时间双重发酵;番茄酱也指定用上意大利的San Marzano番茄混合秘密香料制成,绝不马虎!
披萨批边厚身,但空气感重,带焦脆,不腻;面团松软湿润又充满小麦香
批底较薄,所以每一口都吃到满满的配料味道
这款风干猪脸颊薄饼是新推出的菜式
猪脸颊油润、肉香丰富,不过份量不多,味道不太突出
配料里有artichoke (雅枝竹),带柔柔的酸味,中和腻感
特别一赞在披萨跟碟中间有一块带孔的隔层,所以批底较不容易被底部的水气弄软

海鲜水管面 ($228)
Paccheri w/ mixed seafood
手打 pacherri (大水管面) 不常见啊!质地很厚,面积之大令它超挂汁,而且口感弹牙
配料有种类丰富的海鲜;酱汁也用上海鲜加入番茄酱调配,海鲜味突出
尤其是意粉相当挂汁,每一口都有丰富的味道在口中爆发!

法式火焰焦糖可丽饼 ($78)
Crêpe Suzette
为了火焰效果而点的这款XD 不过火焰效果只维持一秒就消失,一瞬即逝的美好啊~
不过整体味道很好啦。首先可丽饼皮薄、口感烟靭软绵、味道蛮香,加入了橙皮、柠檬皮、放上橙肉,加点酸甜的清新感;制作火焰效果的香橙甜酒也加添了一点酒香~
