Anyway, < SKYE > is located on the 27/F of the Park Lane hotel in the bustling center of Hong Kong. The space features a rooftop bar and an indoor restaurant, both allowing guests to enjoy the views over the Victoria Harbour and the Victoria Park. They have glass windows that let in sunlight, creating a spacious ambience 🌤.

Food was both nicely presented and delicious. Enjoyed this high-quality, satisfying and affordable set lunch very much! 😛💓👍

柏宁酒店位于铜锣湾,香港的繁华中心
酒店内的餐厅《Skye》位于27楼,分为「天台酒吧」和「餐厅」两个区域,让客人尽情饱览维多利亚港及维多利亚公园的景观🌆

餐厅空间很大,而且有很大的玻璃窗透射著阳光,感觉很开扬🌤
靠窗的位置可以欣赏铜锣湾维园还有维港的景致;这天没有特别预订或提早入座,所以窗边位置早已有客人入座了

午市套餐有三道菜,每道菜的选择都多得令人眼花撩乱;
食物质素很高,吃得饱饱,非常满足;
$330的价钱以酒店餐厅来说算是非常实惠😛👍
不过这顿饭在2020年吃的... 现在价钱肯定贵了不少吧~哈哈

还送上饮料作欢迎-味道忘记是什么了,但是酸酸甜甜的蛮醒胃😋

Pan-seared Japanese scallops 香煎日本带子
伴碟的哈里萨蓉 (Harissa purée) 有一点点辣,虽然稍微盖过了带子的鲜味,但也很不错
面层的脆面丝脆脆的,配上其他各种配菜,很好吃😛

Seared "Castaing" foie gras with parsnip pancake
香煎鸭肝 配 白甘荀煎饼
鸭轩表面煎的很香,而且带点脆口;肉质肥美,入口即化
配上表面的焦糖苹果,增加口感;再配以苹果汁,减轻油腻负担感
下面垫著白甘荀煎饼,正好吸收鸭肝的汁液还有酱汁,不错不错喔😛

炭烤澳洲谷饲西冷牛扒
厚厚的两件西冷牛扒,熟度刚刚好,入口感觉肉质软滑,牛肉肉味跟油脂香味平衡得宜
服务员捧来数款沾酱,任君选择
配有法式焗蜗牛,还有很香很滑的松露薯蓉,非常搭配👍

煎烤大西洋鲈鱼柳
鲈鱼柳用煎焗方法烹调,更能锁住肉汁
配以烩茴香、香橙蕃茜脆包糠、灰虾马耳他酱,令整道菜味道富层次感🐟

还加配了一杯Perrier-Jouet香槟🥂

Dessert trolley 法式甜品车
最后的一道是甜点~
各式各样的糕饼、甜点、巧克力放在甜品车上,令人目不暇给😳
甜点任客人无限挑选,如果前菜和主菜都不够饱的话,这个甜品车一定可以填满肚子
味道来说就不过不失~
另外还有一份生果拼盘还有雪芭
