So far the best pizza takeout joint in town!
They specialise in sourdough pizzas that are made-to-order, and finger-licking good doughnuts.
Pizza crusts are crispy outside, and chewy inside with a slight tang. Also, the shop is generous with their ingredients, making sure you taste all the flavors in every bite!
Their dipping sauce is the highlight though. Just dip your slice of pizza in it and taste goodness.

由跑马地起家的《Dough Bros》主打即点即做的〔手工酸种披萨〕和〔邪恶爆馅冬甩〕
每次开party，都一定会点他们家的薄饼跟冬甩～～
他们以高水准的味道俘虏了不少人的心，也陆续在不同区域开分店
可是分店都集中在港岛范围，只有两家在将军澳及西贡，希望他们会扩张至港岛外的地方吧！！
-〔手工酸种披萨〕厚度介乎于厚批与薄批之间
统一大小，每个分成六份；而且很足料，每一份都有满满的馅料！
用上sourdough面团作批底，批边带脆，咬下去带烟韧嚼劲
提供不少口味款式，当中有不少「食肉兽」爱吃的肉肉披萨；也有素食的选择
另外，披萨预设附送沾酱 (dip)，如香草蒜蓉酱、黑松露酱、酸辣酱、烟熏烧烤酱，令薄饼味道更上一层楼，是灵魂所在呢！
个人最喜欢〔garlic & herb dip〕和〔truffle dip〕!
-唯一要挑剔的就是每次都是外带回家吃，不能吃到新鲜热辣的滋味！

The BBQ Chicken ($148)
- BBQ sauce base, mozzarella, chicken, red onion, coriander
这里的薄饼大多都用上蕃茄酱打底，而这个〔香烤鸡薄饼〕则是以烧烤酱作底，配上鸡肉好搭～
这次尝了这两款口味，但个人也很喜欢他们的〔Truffle〕跟〔Maui Wowie〕～

- Cinnamon sugar
即点即制的〔炸冬甩〕也是这里的邪恶必吃之选
吃一个已经很饱腻，所以建议两人分享喔
把它分开成两份时，更可以欣赏爆馅的画面！
冬甩可选配肉桂糖／砂糖／无糖，喜欢肉桂味道的我当然是推荐裹上肉桂糖的冬甩，味道也太香～
