返到香港第一个 post 梗系同甜品有关啦😋 未返香港前已经 bookmark 咗呢间要试,因为系近期爆红嘅千层蛋挞🔥一早9点到达已见人排紧队,好快排咗半个钟就等到蛋挞新鲜出炉,见人人都买一打,我又唔执输买半打先😅 挞皮用牛角酥面团做饼皮,所以咬落去一层层劲酥脆,挞边带点焦香,蛋浆幼滑蛋味浓郁。由于系牛角酥做饼底,会比较油腻,同埋偏甜咗少少🤏 但卖 HKD$12 一个,性价比几高👍试埋 HKD$18 原味牛角酥,外层酥脆,内部层次分明,气孔够绵密,外层仲扫上一层糖浆,食完个蛋挞仲可以一口气食埋😅蛋挞每日有指定出炉时间 9:30am/12noon/3pm,亦会不定时加推,大家留意时间先去排队呀🫶This newly opened bakery shop in TaikooShing is on the checklist for my Hong Kong trip, given the buzz created on IG, their egg tarts have recently go viral🔥The egg tart pastry is flaky and crispy as
