服務態度岀了問題！餐廳環境很好，本應是可讓客人在良好氣氛下用餐，但員工的服務完全破壞了用餐氣氛，非常失望。不是個别員工，是整體服務也讓人 非常失望。環境和食物就算再好，也無補於事。An unpleasant experience for the semi-lunch buffet during the weekend. I went to JOIA with my friend last weekend, and we had a poor experience due to inferior service quality from some restaurant staff.
Firstly, we waited at the front door for the lead-in, but no one approached or entertained us initiatively, even though some were not occupied with work.
Secondly, they appeared many times when we were not ready to order. When I wanted to order, I had to wait..wait...., and they were reluctant to answer questions whatever we asked. By the way, their attitude was a bit ruined our holiday mood. I could not feel any polite from their conversation.....
All in all, the food and price are fair, but I couldn't feel any staff was pleased to serve. No way to visit again.
