这个水煮鱼看起上来像是很辣,但吃起上来并非如此,内里的材料非常丰富,厨师用了鸡髀菇充当鱼片,其他材料包括芽菜,莴笋,以及口感q弹的宽粉,份量十足

At first glance, the boiled fish seems very spicy, but it is not as hot when eaten. The dish is made with a rich variety of ingredients, including chicken thigh mushrooms as a substitute for fish fillets, as well as bean sprouts, asparagus, and chewy wide noodles. The portion size is generous.

✅一般提供素菜的餐厅,通常都会较为肥腻,请食物的汁酱亦很多,这个却做得恰到好处
Typically, vegetarian restaurants tend to be heavy and greasy, with a lot of sauce on their dishes. However, this restaurant has managed to strike a perfect balance.

❌午市所提供的点心,没有于晚上提供,前菜的款式比较少
The dim sums available during lunchtime are not offered in the evening, and there are fewer options for appetizers.

🏡环境Environment: 🔥🔥🔥

✅有一个房间,可以让大群的宾客提供私人空间,五至六人的圆形卡座,亦十分舒适
There is a private room available for large groups, with a comfortable round table that can accommodate five to six people.

❌装修陈设比较简单,没有太大特别
The interior design is simple and lacks any standout features.

服务员下单或上菜都非常迅速,而且很有耐心及礼貌

❌虽然餐厅于十时关门,但9时已是最后下单的时间,店员亦提醒9时45分需要离场
Although the restaurant closes at 10 pm, the last order must be placed by 9 pm, and the staff remind customers to leave by 9:45 pm.

✅定价十分合理,𩠌菜的份量亦算充足
