呢到全部饭面都配埋饺子，味道任选，可以拣埋要麻辣酱/饺子醋☺️ 软淋嘅泡饭配埋爽脆嘅翠瓜口感丰富😋 花胶有4-5小块，软腍黏口，啱晒想养颜嘅人士🧏🏻♀️ 爆汁嘅手工饺子将麻辣汁、冬菇、鸡肉用黄金比例去制成，每口都富有香辣滋味🥟
The soft rice in soup with crunchy zucchini had a nice contrast in textures. The fish maw was spongey and light. All mains include 6 dumplings of your choice. The shiitake chicken dumplings had a meaty flavour with a punch of spiciness.

Zucchini Fish Maw Fish Noodles + Celery Cilantro Shrimp Dumplings
啲面虽然无乜鱼香，但质感弹牙，比起一般嘅面更加扎实🐟 鱼面嘅精华再加上浓郁嘅鲜鸡汤底变成奶白色，每啖都鲜味十足😚 饺子肉馅饱满，充满虾肉同韭菜香，点埋饺子醋就更有风味🦐
The noodles didn’t really have a fishy taste, but the texture was bouncier than usual. Fresh chicken soup combined with the essence from fish noodles created a very fresh soup base. The shrimp dumplings had a strong cilantro flavour, which topped up the flavour greatly.

Fish Maw Chicken Soup
用花胶同鸡肉熬出嘅汤汁较为黏稠、色泽光亮，浓香扑鼻🤤 花胶比起主食里面嘅更大块，可以食得出啖啖嘅骨胶原😉
The soup was thick and shiner, which was full of umami. The fish maw were bigger and very collagenous.
洛神花苹果特饮 $38
Roselle Apple Special Drink
呢杯健康嘅花茶散发出阵阵嘅花果香，加入苹果后变得酸甜醒胃，非常适合喺餐后解腻🍎
This fruit tea is had heavy flavours of both roselle and apples, which was both sweet and sour, a great drink to have after the meal.
西瓜沙冰 $48
Watermelon slushee
用左新鲜西瓜汁整嘅沙冰味道甜蜜清爽，系夏天嘅解渴之选🍉
This drink is just the thing you need to cool you down in the summer, using fresh watermelon juice and ice to blend into a very refreshing slushee.
