今日去新蒲岗𠮶度食晚餐，我觉得呢间餐厅呢坐得好舒服，好温馨，有屋企嘅感觉。我们叫左：慢煮手撕猪腩窝夫三文治慢煮猪腩肉质鲜嫩，煮得非常之好，搭配香脆窝夫。窝夫整得好完美，一啲都唔硬。猪腩酱汁味道浓郁，同窝夫非常之夹。意大利烘蛋配虎虾意大利烘蛋质感柔滑，搭配新鲜虎虾，让整道菜充满海鲜鲜味。法式千层酥（抹茶士多啤梨配士多啤梨雪糕） 呢个甜品做得非常之出色，初初我唔知咩系千层酥误会咗以为系千层蛋糕。食落去嘅时候千层酥入边有抺茶忌廉衬托，再加上士多啤梨一啲都唔甜。我觉得而家香港人应该好钟意食呢种甜品，唔太甜又有松脆嘅感觉。Today I went to eat dinner in San Po Kong, and I felt that this restaurant was very comfortable and cozy, giving a homely feeling.We ordered:Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle SandwichThe slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired

Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle Sandwich
The slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired with crispy waffles. The waffles were made flawlessly, not hard at all. The sauce of the pork was rich in flavor, which complemented the waffles very well.
Italian Baked Eggs with Tiger Prawns
The texture of the Italian baked eggs was smooth, paired with fresh tiger prawns, making the dish full of seafood freshness. The aroma of the baked eggs harmonized beautifully with the sweetness of the prawns.
French Mille-Feuille (Matcha Strawberry with Strawberry Ice Cream)
This dessert was exceptionally well-made. At first, I didn’t know what mille-feuille was and mistakenly thought it was a layer cake. When I tasted it, the mille-feuille had matcha cream inside, complemented by strawberries that were not sweet at all. I think people in Hong Kong would really like this type of dessert now, as it’s not too sweet and has a crispy texture.
