Tapas款式颇多,而且每一碟份量都唔细。经典嘅Plate of Spanish cold cuts & cheese with crystal tomato bread,整体质素都好唔错,巴拿马火腿咸香浓郁,辣肉肠好Juicy,芝士🧀亦食得出系靓嘢,细腻浓滑。剥好晒壳嘅chili-garlic prawns "ajillo"扎实弹牙,亦系配酒嘅佳肴,微辣微辣的,几开胃。鲜鲜甜甜的Scallop ceviche就系Tapas中,我最喜爱嘅一款。里面加入咗质感柔滑嘅avocado mousse,仲有shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette Truffle & cheese bikini作调味,酸甜开胃,带子贝柱亦厚嫩。Hamachi Salpicon (Add $68)亦有惊喜,刺身嘅鲜味,混合特调西班牙酱汁,令油甘鱼嘅鲜味变得更富层次。

PAELLA加入咗大量嘅龙虾汁黎煮,钟意饮龙虾汤嘅一定钟意,喺出面食西班牙饭好多时都会觉得米饭过硬,但系呢一间就冇呢个问题,啱啱好适中嘅硬度,加埋少许嘅饭焦位,同鲜甜嘅海鲜,虽然佢令我食唔到太多任食嘅乳猪,但系我都依然愿意比呢个空间去食佢。

然后就系任食嘅乳猪,佢哋定时就会烧原只乳猪出嚟,然后再分比客人,新鲜烧出黎,唔好食都难,皮脆肉嫩,啖啖都细细嫩嫩又热辣辣加上绵软嘅roast potatoes同带自然甜香嘅pumpkin puree,好出色,但前面已经食得好饱,所以最后净系encore咗一次。

最后嘅甜品可以选择Basque burnt cheesecake或者Churros,我地就选择咗各一,芝士蛋糕芝士味非常突出,咸咸甜甜,加上raspberry coulis嘅酸香,味道平衡得不错。Churros 上面就沾有朱古力酱及黄糖,炸得外脆内酥,虽然邪恶,但却是令人欲罢不能。
