Dinner for 2. Ordered a la carte as set menu was not available. Here’s what we had.Appetizers 醉蟹素鹅(Bean Curd Sheet Rolled with Mushrooms)- good. Crispy on the outside; moist inside.葱烧关东辽参- good. No crispy exterior but very 爽.上海油淋鸡- chicken with a vinegary sauce with spring onions, scallion and garlic. Not “crispy” at all as stated on menu. Still good.
金衣大虾球- Wok-fried Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk Paste. Good. Dessert: 炸流沙汤圆In summary: good food. Excellent service
