There are various restaurant options here, besides the cafeteria in the industrial buildings or the restaurants in nearby residential malls, there is also Yi Fu, a beef offal and beef brisket noodle shop, which is the place I frequent the most in this area. It doesn‘t have any fancy decorations, just a classic style with the noodle cooking stove and braised beef and offal placed by the window. The portion of beef offal and beef brisket in the noodle soup is larger than the ones in street-side noodle shops, and regardless of the noodles or the toppings, the beef brisket is tender and generous in size. The noodles do not become soggy due to the large portion, and they remain intact when picked up. The broth, mixed with braised beef stock and served with Chaozhou chili oil, along with a side of crispy fried fish skin, is a classic combination.
