The ink squid balls have a smooth and tender texture. The fried fish balls are golden and crispy on the outside, and when you bite into them, you can feel their elasticity and freshness. The rice noodles are silky, and the broth is delicious; the BB broth is just right for my friend. Topped with fresh scallions and coriander, the rice noodles are full of layers of flavor. Not only does it warm the stomach, but it also brings a taste of home.
As for me, I went for the clear broth today because I wanted to try the taste. I added my favorite fish tofu and also to try the BBQ meatballs. ☺️☺️
