I would say here is definitely one of my favourite japanese restaurant places in hong kong!We sit near the bar and we can watch how the chef prepared the food for us!i really love it so much as a performance as the food is the piece of artThe scallop with truffle is awesome. the aroma of truffle plus the sweetness of the scaloop is perfect. with the sauce is really nice.this one is the fried tuna and the tunna inside actually kept its smoothness and melt in your mouth after you bite it.This is t
