🍴讲番其他菜式先😆 呢个系居酒屋必点嘅佐酒小食 — 枝豆,少少惊喜系佢竟然系带微暖🫢,唔同平日食嘅都系冻嘅,为食妹更加钟意呢款
• Crispy tofu salad ($90)
(red onion ponzu, cucumber puree)
🍴以天妇罗做法炸成嘅脆皮豆腐,配以柚子酱油拌匀嘅紫洋葱丝同青瓜蓉,味道酸酸甜甜,一热一冻,几清新唔错😊
• Crab ($180)
(soft shell crab tempura, green chilli mayo, mizuna)
🍴估唔到呢道小食最惊艳嘅系个青辣椒mayo🌶️,creamy嘅蛋黄酱加入带少少辣味嘅青椒,同天妇罗软壳蟹非常配搭,软壳蟹炸得好juicy,几好食😉
~ Tempura

(sweet corn, Japanese saffron)
🍴一般日本餐厅比较少见嘅粟米天妇罗,一粒粒鲜黄饱满嘅粟米🌽,加入炸浆炸成一大块天妇罗粟米饼,一啖咬落去,首先食到劲脆嘅炸浆,跟住粟米就系嘴入面爆开好甜好juicy😍,沾埋带wasabi风味嘅天妇罗汁,惹味好食😋
~ Raw
• Wagyu ($150)
(beef tataki, shishito pepper, tosazu, chorizo oil, toasted rice)
🍴炙烧和牛几软谂,油脂感唔重带少少牛味,浸喺充满柴鱼鲜味嘅土佐醋之内增添风味😙,最特别系加咗细细粒嘅烤米粒,脆脆地口感丰富👍🏻
~ Maki
• Spicy tuna crunch ($180)
(tuna, avocado, shiso, ikura, takuan, bubu arare)
🍴为食妹唔食鱼生不过👦🏻超爱所以都叫咗一款呑拿鱼卷物试吓😗,寿司饭包住牛油果、紫苏叶、腌萝卜同脆米,上面舖满呑拿鱼蓉同三文鱼籽,👦🏻觉得呑拿鱼蓉磨得太幼细,佢偏好粗粒少少,不过整个配搭几match👌🏻
• Spicy desu ($160)
(prawn furai, cabbage, pickled carrot, tobiko, chilli jam)
🍴炸虾卷物味道正常唔算好特别,内饀有炸虾、椰菜丝、腌红萝卜、飞鱼籽,调味带微辣,呢款就普普通通唔嗌都得🙈
~ Kamameshi
• Kani ($540)
(king crab leg, ikura, ponzu butter)
🍴主食就拣咗呢个皇帝蟹肉铁锅釜饭,大大只皇帝蟹钳上面舖满一粒粒三文鱼籽超级吸引🤩,将所有材料拌匀之后仲食到有少少饭焦,蟹肉好鲜甜,炒饭咸咸脆脆仲有三文鱼籽系嘴入面爆汁,好香好好食😎
~ Dessert
• Matcha lava
(roasted white chocolate, vanilla ice-cream, soba cracker)
🍴最后嗌咗两道甜品,呢款抹茶心太软热辣辣,中间有特浓流心抹茶酱🍵,配埋冰冻嘅云尼拿雪糕,一冷一热,抹茶控一定钟意,荞麦脆饼为食妹就觉得普普通通唔系好夹🤫
• Cheese tart
🍴又系令为食妹惊喜嘅甜品呀😍,本身谂住咁大个芝士挞一定系实心腻腻哋嘅烤忌廉芝士蛋糕嘅味,点知一切开原来系半熟流心🤤,啲芝士溶哂岀嚟,仲要完全唔会黏口,一啲都唔腻,轻松食哂😜,旁边嘅云尼拿雪糕加埋饼干碎,又甜又脆都好好味,为食妹同👦🏻都觉得呢道甜品超级好食,大推畀大家🥳
