这餐厅开了好几个月,刚开时有很多人排队,今次仍见到餐厅坐满人,但未见到人龙,只须等一会,所以入去试试,在等候处,服务员会先向客人递上餐牌让客人先看要点甚么。食物的选择不多,只有几款,他们应该对出品很专注吧。This restaurant has opened over several months. It has been a long queue. I try this time as there is no queue though the restaurant was still full. The waiter greeted and showed us the menu for ordering first when we were waiting the table. 🥢 鸡沾面 Soba served with Chicken dipping sauce.
✏️ 沾面汁是半冷不热的,须是沾面汁应有的温度,鸡味足够,是那种纯粹的鸡味,个人比觉喜欢以烫热的浓鸡汤配拉面,因为把面沾汁后入口的那种温度的鸡味配面吃不是很讨好,会宁愿鸡汁热些,这感觉或由于吃这沾面之前,先吃了汤热上而且味道较浓的海鲜鸡拉面的缘故,把这个沾面比下去吧,建议你们下次来试,或先试沾面再试汤面,感觉或会好些吧。
The dipping sauce is served warm, a proper soba dipping sauce serving temperature with rich chicken flavour. However, personally, I prefer the sauce to be served hot. It is not very palatable if such pure chicken flavour served in such temperature. The taste might be affected due to the flavour of soba having right before this was stronger and served piping hot. The dish would therefore be less palatable due to the sequence. Suggested to try the soba with dipping sauce first next time.

在开放式厨房会见到日本主厨师很专心地预备食物,厅面的职员也很专主服务,看见纸巾没用完了会主动补上,感受到他们对自己的出品有一份诚意。
The service:
The service staff is very attentive and takes the initiative to replenish the paper towel on the food serving tray. In the open kitchen, the Japanese chef very focus on the food preparation. They are so sincere and focus on what they are serving.
