The ingredients of the bowl of noodles included 4 slices of grilled bbq pork which were well picked because they were all round in shape and 肥瘦相间, and more importantly tender yet reasonably crispy and rich in pork flavour with very appealing grilled marks! There were a lot of marinated bamboo slices, half a very well done soft boiled egg, a slice of fresh seaweed and some spring onion.

We chose lobster soup amongst their shrimp soup and uni & cheese soup. The soup in a hot stone pot was bubbling when it was served to us. We were warmly reminded that the pot was very hot. I tried a small sip first before eating with the noodles. It was so rich and thick yet not overly salty at all! Look at the loads of lobster meat on the surface and it was very fresh and crispy! There were loads of bbq pork pieces in the soup as well! When dipped into the soup even just for a short while, the noodles well absorbed the thick soup and were super delicious yet remaining al dente. You could add some lime juice or chili pepper onto the noodles before dipping them into the soup.

If you don't find the soup enough to finish the noodles, you could ask for more soup for free! The second round of soup was equally concentrated and was also bubbling when served.

After finishing the noodles, you could ask for addition of 木鱼汤 to finish off every drop of the soup. The soup was still very clear and tasty. It was so hot and took a while for it to cool down. It was quite a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

There were loads of 日本松叶蟹膏 and cheese! The 日本松叶蟹膏 really seemed to be of pretty high quality and was so fresh! The accompanying crab roes were super fresh and crispy and went great with the fresh salads on the side.

The ramen was thin and quite al dente! The broth was really thick as described. There were also 4 slices of bbq pork. There were quite a lot of marinated bamboo slices and black fungi which enhanced texture of the bowl! The slice of seaweed was fresh and crispy. There was also half a soft boiled egg.
The two person cart seats we occupied were well separated from others by banners and plastic covers for better hygiene and privacy. Anyway, the signature 沾面 said it all!
