Butter Fried Frog Leg $148
Was actually scared cuz I’ve never tried this before (but always curious about how it tastes!) It somewhat tastes like chicken, only more tender. It also goes so well with the garlic crisps, chilli, and harriso sauce! 🐸
Roasted Bone Marrow $248
Slightly pricey for a starter but guess what - it was so fancy and amazingly delicious!! The bone marrow was nicely placed on a hill of salt, with escargot parsiey and butter crumbs on top. They go pretty well together (though slightly oily and salty) but heyy that’s how it’s filled with flavour 🐚
