第一次试佢地好出名既Aqua, 结果非常失望：First time to try the famous Aqua but was utterly disappointed, probably one of my worst “fine dining experience”: 1) Food was way below average：Sunset dinner main course系risotto, 好似成支白酒倒左落去煮5分钟, d饭好完整既一粒粒, 完全无烩饭既浓郁味道, 我食左1/10就放弃左另一个main course系烧牛肉, 份量少得可怜都预左, 但食落似M记汉堡包中间块肉真系好surprising2）Very low service standard with untrained catering staff:- waiter served the wrong dessert platter with wrong birthday message with another person’s name on it for TWICE, which was not acce

1) Food was way below average：

2）Very low service standard with untrained catering staff:
- waiter served the wrong dessert platter with wrong birthday message with another person’s name on it for TWICE, which was not acceptable without the lack of common sense to double check after first mistake
- after main course, waiter put new forks and spoons on the dirty table before cleaning it up, again where is the logic in that
- please don’t expect that your water will be refilled although you pay HK$85 for one bottle
The only perk is the fantastic sea view which you need to pay at least HK$900/ head for such table, otherwise you could only secure a table which you can see the sea in the mirror reflections
