The taste is especially good and different from the other restaurants! The japanese chef made every dish special and yummy. The chicken skin is the best grill and is definitely my favourite! Apart from the skewers, you should never miss the Chicken Liver Pate and Cheese Soboro. The chicken liver goes very well with the bread and it tastes really good. Cheese Soboro can go with soya sauce and wasabi which makes the taste special too! You just cannot miss this restaurant!

估唔到第一样要介绍最邪恶嘅烧鸡皮 但必须要讲呢串系我系香港食过最好味嘅烧鸡皮 我系因为呢间餐厅先知烧鸡皮原来可以咁好味😭 师傅细心切走肥膏 烧嘅时间啱啱好唔会太干太肥 仲有啲鸡汁 少少鸡油香渗出黎 必必必食推介!!
🍗 鸡腿 Thigh ($45)
餐厅处理鸡腿会系舖头先熟成两日 令肉味更香浓 啖啖肉嘅鸡腿仲好鲜嫩呀真系!!
🍖 免治鸡肉 Tsukune ($45)
食串烧通常都会叫呢串 唔同餐厅有唔同嘅处理方法 有人会点蛋浆有人加入鸡软骨 而呢间餐厅系加入山芋同洋葱等等嘅食材 一样口感丰富 又不失鸡肉嘅味道 大大件好满意

除左鸡肉串烧亦有豚肉 外面烧得非常焦香脆 肥瘦位置都有 油份又平衡得好好 入面嘅芦笋新鲜又清新

估佢唔到咁好味 好少食鸡肝酱 质感偏实净嘅酱 味道偏浓厚 涂系面包上面中和得黎又更带出鸡肝酱味道 唔使悭住悭住 份量好够而且真系好好食 大大pat搽上去啦😋
🧀 鸡肉碎芝士 Cheese Soboro ($60)
啱啱上碟都唔知系咩黎🤣 不过食落好有惊喜一样系好好味喔 每件芝士用紫菜包住 芝士入面有啲啲小脆粒好似碎鸡软骨咁 仲有酱油wasabi可以点 口感同味道都好有层次 食串烧之余可以试下呢啲心意之作喔💕
