呢个周末同朋友去咗尖沙咀嘅The Pearl西餐厅,呢度餐厅装修好有情调,灯光柔和,座位宽敞舒适。餐牌上有唔少cocktail同mocktail选择,真系好适合情侣或者三五知己嚟食饭谈天。我哋试咗几款菜式,首先系吞拿鱼牛油果泡沫他他配自制罗勒油 (Tuna Avocado Foam Tartare)($108)。呢道前菜真系好有特色,吞拿鱼他他中间铺咗牛油果泡沫,味道酸酸地,配埋自制嘅罗勒油,拌匀后风味更佳。接住嚟系无花果帕马火腿沙律 (Melon & Parma Ham Salad)($98),虽然无花果冇货,但改用蜜瓜都一样好味。蜜瓜香甜多汁,配埋咸香嘅帕马火腿同巴马臣芝士,仲有松子仁同黑醋橄榄油汁嘅沙律菜,真系好丰富满足。主菜方面,我哋试咗和风酱油大虾烟肉扁意粉 (Japanese Style Linguine with Shrimp)($168)。意粉煮得啱啱好,做到al dente,大虾数量唔少,和风酱油配意粉嘅搭配真系有惊喜,加埋烟肉咸香味,真系好好食。最后系香煎牛封门柳 (Grilled Hanger Steak)($178),封门柳中间粉嫩颜色已经好吸引,煎嘅生熟度刚好

饮品方面,我哋试咗一杯cocktail Pearadise同一杯mocktail First Crush,两杯都好好特别,特别系Pearadise,好易入口,适合女仔饮。总结嚟讲,呢间餐厅真系一个好好嘅放松地方,无论系同朋友聚会定系自己嚟chill都好适合。推荐俾所有钟意cocktail同mocktail嘅朋友们!
