大部分的日式串烧店多数都主打牛肉,不过这家较为特别,是以提供猪肉为主,只有少量牛或鸡的选择。还以为猪肉会很油腻,而且有时还有一阵不好的肉腥味,但餐厅的猪肉串不但没有这些问题,而且肉质鲜嫩,厨师只用了少量的盐,就能带出肉的味道,而且又不会烤得太干。如果不想吃串烧的朋友,餐厅也有味噌煮及刺身等其他选择。

 Most Japanese yakitori restaurants primarily focus on beef, but this particular establishment stands out by offering a predominantly pork-based menu, with minimal options for beef or chicken. Despite preconceptions of pork being greasy and occasionally having an undesirable gamy taste, the pork skewers at this restaurant prove otherwise. The meat is tender, lightly seasoned with salt to enhance its natural flavors, and cooked to perfection without being overly dry. For non-yakitori enthusiasts, the restaurant also offers alternative choices such as miso dishes and sashimi.

 这个烧猪肝非常值得推介,吃前还怕会有点腥味,原来一点也没有,由于厚切的关系可以留有肉汁,口感更软滑。至于豚肉秋葵卷 及豚肉露笋卷 ,两者猪肉味道及质感相近,但个觉得前者较佳,因为露笋的味道较清淡,秋葵前较浓味,而且有多厚次的口感 

The grilled pork liver comes highly recommended for its surprisingly lack of gaminess, thanks to the thick cuts which retain juiciness resulting in a velvety smooth texture. The pork and  lady's fingers wraps as well as the pork and asparagus wraps offer similar flavors and textures, with the former being preferred due to the bolder taste of the  lady's fingers compared to the milder flavor of asparagus, providing a thicker, more substantial bite.

明太子烧饭团的表皮十分香脆,可惜明太子烤得过熟,失去了鲜味,而且饭团亦较干,吃起上来有点狼狈
