这个烧猪肝非常值得推介,吃前还怕会有点腥味,原来一点也没有,由于厚切的关系可以留有肉汁,口感更软滑。至于豚肉秋葵卷 及豚肉露笋卷 ,两者猪肉味道及质感相近,但个觉得前者较佳,因为露笋的味道较清淡,秋葵前较浓味,而且有多厚次的口感
The grilled pork liver comes highly recommended for its surprisingly lack of gaminess, thanks to the thick cuts which retain juiciness resulting in a velvety smooth texture. The pork and lady's fingers wraps as well as the pork and asparagus wraps offer similar flavors and textures, with the former being preferred due to the bolder taste of the lady's fingers compared to the milder flavor of asparagus, providing a thicker, more substantial bite.

明太子烧饭团的表皮十分香脆,可惜明太子烤得过熟,失去了鲜味,而且饭团亦较干,吃起上来有点狼狈
