中环街市的食肆, 很快又换了新一批, 这一家主打台湾面食和饭食的餐厅, 价钱当然是中环价, 一碗牛肉拌面连饮品接近一百元, 份量还可以. 麻辣风味也是我的喜好, 其麻辣以辣为主, 略嫌欠了花椒的麻香. 牛肉以牛𦟌肉为主, 出奇地煮得软淋, 甚至可以说是一夹即散, 比起传统的爽实有所不同, 牛筋同样煮得相当软糯, 反而面条煮得爽实, 与前两者起来对比度高. 平心而论做得不差, 至于服务, 在Food Court有送餐服务我觉得已能接受. The eateries in Central Market change quickly, and this restaurant that specializes in Taiwanese noodles and rice dishes is the latest addition. Of course, the prices are Central-level prices, with a bowl of beef noodles and a drink costing close to a hundred yuan. The portion size is decent. I particularly enjoy the spicy and numbing flavor, although the spiciness is more prominent than the numbing sensation of Sichuan peppercorns. The beef used is mainly tenderloin and surprisingly cooked to a very tender and delicate texture, almost falling apart with a gentle touch. It differs from the traditional chewy texture in a positive way. The beef tendons are also cooked to a soft and sticky consistency. On the other hand, the noodles have a satisfying firmness, creating a nice contrast with the beef. All in all, it's a good dish. As for the service, I find the delivery service available in the Food Court to be acceptable.
