这种薄饼制作方法看来普通而且味道亦不算太过特别，但要做到令人留下深刻印象，却不是十分容易，这里的厨师便做到了这点。因为这个薄饼的蕃茄味非常香浓，甜酸的比例亦做到恰到好处，而且饼皮烟韧之余，亦十分香脆

这个甜品卖相非常吸引，而且可以给客人亲自将咖啡倒进雪糕内，令吃的过程更加有趣。至于味道方面，云呢拿雪糕非常幼滑，而且又非常浓烈的云呢拿味，至于咖啡则非常香浓，两者混合起来，中和了咖啡的苦涩味，做到恰到好处
