Definitely the best and most authentic Sichuanese cuisine I found in Hong Kong so far. I always thought it is quite ironic that Hong Kong being connected to China, there is almost no good Sichuan restaurant. The menu is quite limited, but enough choices to make your mouth and stomach satisfied with Sichuan spices!!! The restaurant owners and waitresses are very friendly and patient despite the queue and turnover. Pricewise, it is really not expensive and the seating capacity being relatively small, I was hesitant to write about this gem. Please keep it a secret as I don't want the queuing time to increase (usually not more than 10 minutes)

辣酱超惹味!! 一入口唔觉辣,食多两旧就嚟料喇!! 要不停饮水 (餐厅只免费供应热茶)... 但同时青瓜系好鲜甜的,仲要冻冻地嘅温度令我不停食完一旧再一旧!
Gwailo Gui:
This spicy cucumber is often what makes me crave to eat at this restaurant. It's so perfect: perfect temperature (sligtly cold), spicy (makes your mouth numb), oil, and salt (ok i have to admit that sometimes it's a bit too salty, but that's often the case with Sichuanese). Believe me this very yummy appetiser will get the swet started and make your lips red! 青瓜豆浆 / Cucumber milk / Rating: (Hongie:8, Gwailo: 7)

救星到! 有青瓜味嘅豆浆,很清新的味道,配辣嘢食又唔会太甜! 解辣必叫嘅饮品!

Nothing unique but very refreshing, especially in the summer. And I recommend taking it as it helps cease fire in your mouth when you can't take the spices anymore. 燃烧面(中辣) / Ránshāo miàn (medium spicy) / Rating: (Hongie:8, Gwailo: 9)

同担担面嘅分别就系燃烧面系麻辣好多的! 又系另一个愈食愈辣愈停唔到口嘅菜!
呢个干捞面底下的酱油加上面头嘅肉碎、辣酱、干葱同芝麻真系非常夹,担担面面质又够烟韧!
食落真系好辣好麻!嘴唇numb晒! 条脷numb埋!! 但系我真系 停 唔 到 口 呀!!!
份量不大一个男人(撇除辣嘅因素)好易食晒。

Hellooooo spices! Get your Kleenex ready, you'll sweat. All this for a good cause since I promise your taste buds will be grateful for the discovery. Your stomach the next day will take revenge on you though for the damage inflicted, which will make you slightly regret. But don't worry, you'll still crave to eat this again very shortly. I love love love the chewiness of the noodles, the minced pork, and the green onions. The portion is relatively small is you want to share. If you are a big noodle lover, I recommend ordering your own. 酸辣粉 / Suān là fěn / Rating: (Hongie:6, Gwailo: 6.5)

同内地的无得比.. 唔够酸辣、粉亦唔够烟韧.. 有d失望!
Gwailo:
This soup is served with transparent noodles (like Korean style). I cannot say this one was spectacular, but I cannot complain either. It's just a good soup. So this won't be the plate making you crave to come eat at this restaurant again.

整体味道一流!价钱亦十分适中!我时不时都会挂住佢个凉拌青瓜! 嗜辣人士铜锣湾开饭不错之选!

If you are in Causeway Bay area and crave for Sichuanese, go there! Again, keep it a secret!!! It's so affordable so no restrictions on ordering, try most of their noodles. Don't forget tissues, and make sure you have no long-haul flight the next day to deal with stomach side-effects
