这餐厅一入去给我的感觉,是充满著西班牙和墨西哥风情的,特别是调酒以及提供的Tortilla及Quesadilla,不是在常见的Bistro找到类似的菜式,除了这些意外,主理人也会将香港的食材用入去他们组的西餐之中 ,最经典的当然是加上本地腐乳和腊肠的Carbonara,偏向正宗的做法是不加任何忌廉,用腊肠取代平时吃开的肥肉,相比起来油香少了一点但酒香又多了一点添加的腐乳,除了提供独特的西香和咸味,意粉在这更浓厚的酱汁更易挂起来,更为惹味。炸鸡用上咸蛋黄酱,少了平时蛋黄酱的甜味,多了一些咸香,炸鸡处理得很不错,肉质保持嫩滑之余,外皮干脆又不柴,用来送酒相当不错。芝麻蛋卷的芝麻味相当香浓,有着芝麻糊的浓郁,如果内里的忌廉层的芝麻味比蛋糕的更强,就会有着更好的层次,但本身以为是很西式bistro的菜式风格,这里有有给我多一点新意。The restaurant immediately immerses you in Spanish-Mexican flair through its cocktails and unique dishes like tortilla and quesadilla
