因为executive chef来头好劲.............前排不少人来朝圣...........知道佢有brunch............aug 04, 13............2人来brunch.........食咗 :1) 水 x 2 (@hk$45)-要了distill water2) bread (免费)-有3款包,olive bread, brioche同croissant-但全部都唔热..........所以对我嘅吸引力好弱-反而个新鲜番茄蓉多士好好食............面包个crust脆,而个番茄有自然微酸,很番茄味............啱晒番茄怪嘅我............仲有olive oil同海盐提味-侍应都好热心教我哋自己喺屋企整-另外个cream+caramel sauce都好吸引........很幼滑,因为有caramel sauce所以会甜甜哋.............不过配呢d咸包好似唔多啱feel3) brunch x 2 (@hk$590)-佢嘅sunday brunch以buffet table为主...........另外仲有包

-侍应都好热心教我哋自己喺屋企整 -另外个cream+caramel sauce都好吸引........很幼滑,因为有caramel sauce所以会甜甜哋.............不过配呢d咸包好似唔多啱feel

-佢嘅sunday brunch以buffet table为主...........另外仲有包埋items比你order............又有show睇
a) buffet table
i) appetizer + salad
-选择好多,比较西方口味..........有大大粒嘅橄榄..........lettuce沙律........宽意粉salad.........marinated3色番茄.........腌过嘅codfish沙律.........鸡心豆8爪鱼沙律..........pickled vegetables..........露笋, quail.........牛仔肉整成嘅paste..........beef tartar...........等等
-摆放得好精致
-我只喺拣咗少少beef tartar, lettuce salad,酱,marinated tomatoes, pickled vegetable试吓..........味道ok的 ii) 肉 + 海鲜
-有3款ham (iberian ham 100% bellota, iberian chorizo等), 3文鱼,几款浸嘅anchovies,smoked mackarel, 罐头mussels,芝士
-相中嘅蚝额外比$$$$
-我就食咗3文鱼,smoked mackerel,1款cantabrian anchovy同2款ham
-佢嘅鱼类不错,火腿薄切,重味,但after taste唔强 iii) hot dish
-当日有2款 : fricando同鸡
-但实在好饱了........揭开过嚟睇..........+上卖相麻麻..........食唔落了...........所以无试到
b) made to order
-每个category都有几款选择,只要你食得落............可以同侍应order全部.........每款都试吓
i) eggs
-estrellados形式 : scrambled egg on a potato bed, top with paletilla/ morcilla/ chorizo/ mushroom
-炒蛋系列都有4款,热心嘅侍应帮我哋推介咗paletilla,话喺猪手臂嘅位置........都喺top佳位置
-淋上炒蛋后嘅油,所以火腿表面份外油润
-火腿薄切,有肉质同口感,咸味够浓
-而个炒蛋嘅油香味10足,并唔油腻感
-有炸过嘅大薯粒
-整体味道1定唔会差,但就正路无惊喜 ii) omelette
-omelette系列有french, spanish, trampo同deconstruction
-侍应帮我哋推介trampo (ie sin tortilla)
-呢个presentation好靓
-面头有滑滑嘅cream,切开,里面好juicy
-味道丰富,又有蛋嘅煎香
-gd iii) sandwiches
-3文治系列有bikini, mallorquin同vegetarian
-侍应帮我哋推介bikini (iberian ham, cheese, truffle)
-面包烘得好金黄,外表微挺脆
-入口暖热,truffle味温和,芝士微溶,火腿粒咸味重
-几种味道都夹得好好,没有互抢 c) show
-呢个同1般嘅brunch好唔同............喺有show time..........音乐都会换上节奏强快的.........又大声d.........店员会敲碟增+气氛..........部份店员会捧住主角在场内行...........比人影相
i) suckling pig segovian style
-最特别就喺侍应会用碟当成刀咁..........将乳猪剁成1件件
-好似无骨咁.......之后就将只碟dump落地下打烂佢............唔知是否西班牙嘅传统喇
-之后就会拎去分比每枱客人
-猪皮很好似纸咁薄.........脆
-但肉嘅部份就过份腍,无晒肉质.......所以呢方面就唔多like
-调味轻手,比较重原味 ii) veal shank
-呢个侍应忘了分比我哋枱了
-因为发现比较迟,而且我哋都饱到上心口,所以亦算了罢,无谓攞完番嚟得个摆字咁浪费
iii) salt crusted whole fish
-呢条鱼相当juicy,又唔鞋,而且有d份部鲜味颇浓添
-不错 iv) lamb thigh
-侍应话呢个喺veal shank,但个肉味很似羊so味,所以我觉得应该喺lamb thigh
-肉很腍,不知佢嘅烹调方法喺咩,同乳猪1样,无晒肉质
-而且味道很原味,除咗肉味外,食唔到有咩其他调味,所以味道比较寡
-个人唔多like d) juice bar
-呢度都不时出不同嘅果汁,我试咗strawberry guava, pineapple coconut同kiwi guava,不错的
e) dessert
-甜品时间到时................强劲音乐又向起嚟.............侍应就捧住不同嘅甜品在客人间穿梭1轮...........之后就放到中间嘅buffet table
-我当然无样样都试............因为实在好饱
-我试咗个橙drink (有点saffron味),cream catalana (个样似creme brulee), xurros with chocolate, chocolate mousse, mini cake同nuts pudding
-当中觉得chocolate mousse最好,因劲浓dark chocolate味,质地creamy又滑,湿润度够,又唔会过实
-其次就喺杯nuts pudding,甜度适中,味道有点似马豆糕,只喺马豆换成果仁 f) drink
-我例行叫热柠水........顺便消吓滞
4) gillardeau (hk$40)
-见只gillardeau都喺$40/只...........所以散叫1只试吓
-因为唔喺season,所以未见肥美
-要先赞蚝手开得有技术,无碎之余,亦连底铲起.........1叉就起..........1般食肆都会起唔晒,蚝嘅少少muscle仲会痴住个壳..........要食客用力拉出
-不过当我惯性用叉吉佢群边,测试佢嘅新鲜度时,佢1d反应都无
-幸好味道有海水味,清新,鲜甜味都可以
-整体味道ok,只喺差在新鲜度
题外话/补充资料:
* 当日都full house.............serve我哋𠮶边section嘅侍应好热心........又有推介,又有介绍..........见你赞边个dish.........仍就会提议安排多1碟...........我急忙话唔洗唔洗..........食唔到喇............我都有留意.........佢同其他嘅食客都有相同嘅推介+介绍............所以佢嘅服务喺consistently gd~~~~
* 高兴呢个brunch嘅口味很西方..........没有特别迁就港人口味..............而个亮点会喺made to order嘅egg, omelette,sandwich同个show.............不过我都有同侍应建议应该要有西班牙嘅paella............1来喺西班牙菜嘅classic dish.............2来亦为港人所熟识.............可以考虑-少个veal shank/ lamb thigh...........因为个人唔多like腍到无晒肉质嘅处理手法
* 当日有客散叫lobster rice..........1开盖............鲜味香气10足.......飘埋嚟........好想去个客𠮶枱.........叫佢请我食番1啖
