梳乎厘班戟 (Soufflé Pancakes) $138每日限量60份，于11am、3pm同6pm各发售20份，如果想食嘅话最好邻近该时段就抵达店铺。粉浆同忌廉皆由日本总店空运到港，为求与日本店嘅味道接近。班戟味道带蛋香，配上枫糖浆同忌廉嘅甜味更为吸引。三件班戟都好厚，质感尚算松软。
60 servings of soufflé pancakes are available every day, with 20 servings each at 11am, 3pm and 6pm. You better arrive on time if you would like to try this. Most of the ingredients are imported directly from Japan, that try to give you the same experience as you are in Japan. The pancake has a strong flavour of egg, which tastes great together with the maple syrup and cream. The three pancakes are thick and taste quite fluffy.

法式多士 (French Toast) $78 + $20 杂莓 (Mixed Berry)
法式多士相比平时嘅质感较软，配上忌廉令质感更滑。配料可以另加，杂莓嘅酸味令法式多士冇咁腻，建议唔好落晒啲枫糖浆，因为味道会太甜。
The french toast tastes softer than the ordinary one. Together with the cream, it smoothens the texture of the french toast. You can add whatever toppings you like, and we agree that berries could reduce the greasiness of the french toast. We recommend you not to add all of the maple syrup, as it would taste too sweet.
