欧游回来，对天气和时差也未适应到。相差30度的温度，我彷佛要食回来，身体一直期待川菜。今晚便来到云阳 Yun Yan食「三十三辣欢天鸡锅」，香辣麻三者兼备，加上挂面沾汁，那花椒的麻香更突出。Still haven't yet settled for the temperature and jetlag after my Europe trip. Tonight here I am at Yun Yan to enjoy the Chili Filets of Chicken with Chinese Parsley and Chinese Broth. So spicy, hot and full of taste of herbs! Adding the homemade noodles into the sauce enhances the richness of the broth as well. 同场加映，蒜泥白肉的变奏版「裹脚白肉」，多了一口清爽的变奏！白肉与莴苣丝排在架上，再沾上下面的蒜汁酱，清凉又清爽，而且汁酱不太辣，食后口里阵阵凉快也不觉辣。For a refresh

For a refreshing taste, Sliced Pork Belly with Asparagus lettuce and spicy garlic sauce would be a very nice option as a variation of a similar course!
