欧游回来,对天气和时差也未适应到。相差30度的温度,我彷佛要食回来,身体一直期待川菜。今晚便来到云阳 Yun Yan食「三十三辣欢天鸡锅」,香辣麻三者兼备,加上挂面沾汁,那花椒的麻香更突出。Still haven't yet settled for the temperature and jetlag after my Europe trip. Tonight here I am at Yun Yan to enjoy the Chili Filets of Chicken with Chinese Parsley and Chinese Broth. So spicy, hot and full of taste of herbs! For a refreshing taste, Sliced Pork Belly with Asparagus lettuce and spicy garlic sauce would be a very nice option as a variation of a similar course!
