如果是二至四人用餐的话,点半只片皮鸭份量应该已经足够,片皮鸭的摆盘非常正是,上一层是皮,至于其他受用则放于碟底,酱料以及配菜亦有提供,不过唯一美中不足的是,用来包裹片皮鸭的粉皮有点厚

For a dining party of two to four, ordering half a Peking duck should suffice. The presentation of the Peking duck is impeccable, with the crispy skin placed on top and the meat served on a platter. Accompaniments and sauces are provided, but the only drawback is that the pancake used to wrap the duck is slightly thick.

虽然说是咸蛋黄虾球,但这个菜式却令人有少许失望,因为包裹著虾球的炸粉比较厚,而且咸蛋黄的比例不太多,所以完全吃不到咸香味

✅餐厅使用的用料非常新鲜,而且烹调方法亦比较健康,不会太油,味道亦不会过份浓烈

❌由于餐厅是混合了多种的中国菜式,客人看似是有很多的选择,不过佢完全感受不到餐厅是哪一个省的菜系为主
