今次要介绍嘅餐厅系位于中环嘅 Doubleshot by Cupping Room，午市时段系咖啡店，而晚市则是酒吧餐厅。内部设计时尚、富格调。食物质素唔错，惟份量偏细，而且定价亦较进取。Doubleshot by Cupping Room is located in Central. Burnt Cheesecake $68
芝士味道浓郁，外皮带焦香，颇为吸引。质感唔会太实，反而较软绵同湿润。
The flavour of the cheese is strong, and it matches with the burnt layer. Unlike New York Cheesecake, this burnt cheesecake has a softer texture.

"MF" Potatoes $88
千层薯条质感香脆，配上辣酱味道惹味，而且同薯条好衬。虽然得五条，但我哋都认为值得一试。
The potato chips are exceptionally crispy, and it tastes gamy together with the spicy sauce. Although there are only five of it, we still agree this is worth trying.

Premium Uji Matcha Latte $68
茶味较淡，而雪糕嘅味道过甜，喧宾夺主。定价亦偏高，建议尝试其他饮品。
The flavour of matcha is quite mild, whilst the ice cream tastes too sweet and covers the taste of matcha. The pricing is quite high, and we recommend you to try other drinks.
