烧黄桃配巴玛火腿 (Roasted Peach & Parma Ham)
烧黄桃酸酸甜甜嘅味道同巴玛火腿嘅咸味好衬，而且感觉令人好开胃，系一道好出色嘅前菜。
The sweetness and sourness from the roasted peach are well-matched with the saltiness from the parma ham. It is an exquisite and appetizing starter.

是日餐汤 (Soup of the Day)
当日嘅餐汤系南瓜汤，味道偏酸而且质感较稀，相对另一款前菜较逊色。
The soup of the day was pumpkin soup. It has a sour taste and a thin texture. We both prefer the former starter more.

义大利波隆那肉酱千层阔面 (Ricetta Lasagne Alla Bolognese) $118
平时嘅肉酱千层阔面都好重味，但依款减少咗酱嘅份量，相对令牛肉同阔面嘅味道更突出，取得一个更好嘅平衡，同时令到感觉冇感腻。
The ordinary lasagne usually has a heavy taste from the sauce. But this one has reduced the flavour from the sauce, and placed more emphasis on the beef and lasagne, which strives a better balance and decrease the level of greasiness.

酿芝士鸡胸配普罗旺斯杂烩 (Stuffed Chicken Breast with Ratatouille) $158
鸡胸嘅质感好嫩滑而且多汁，同酱汁嘅配搭都好合适。芝士嘅味道唔会好突出，造成喧宾夺主嘅感觉。
The chicken breast is tender and juicy in texture, and it matches well with the sauce. The taste of the cheese will not cover the flavour from the chicken breast.

是日甜品 (Desserts of the Day)
当日嘅甜品系奶冻，奶味颇为浓烈，份量合适。
The desserts of the day were panna cotta. It has a strong taste of milk and is served in an appropriate portion.
