这是大围区最高分的餐厅，但想不到竟然身处于车房舖中。这样特别的存在，真的不能错过，决定和家人试菜。
This restaurant was highly rated in Tai Wai District. I came here with an expectation.
因友人的关系，第一次喝这杯Mojito。看见那么多薄荷叶，我原以为味道是较清新的。但入口却是RUM和甜味。我本身也喜欢RUM ，但这个入口实在太甜了。但我也是第一次喝，所以不知道这个味道是否正常。
I ordered Mojito as a pre-drink of the upcoming meal. I was expecting it tasted fresh because of the mint leaves, but I was wrong - it tasted sweet, and a bit too sweet for me. But it was the first time I ever ordered this cocktail, I was not sure whether the sweetness was intended .
这个凯撒沙律是近月吃过最好的。沙律酱的比例很好、分量以两个人来说很适中，而且烟肉粒洒得很平均，吃下去的感觉很好。
The Caesar Salad was really good. The proportion of the dressing, the size of the dish.... especially the distribution of becon pieces. Everything just felt right in this dish.
前菜是蟹饼。摆盘有点令人摸不着头脑，但味道足以弥补一切。蟹饼的调味很好，吃起来是温热的。
We had crab cake as appetizer. The crab cake was properly seasoned, and was still warm. It was good.
主菜是肉眼扒+烧菠萝。(忘了拍照不好意思) 家人点菜叫了七成熟已暗叫不妙。到正式上菜时，发现厨师已暗暗调校至五成熟。我对这种贴心的服务感到佩服之余，这个肉眼扒的处理也是很好。扒本身没有被酱汁浸死，酱汁也没有抢去肉眼扒本身肉汁的味道。除了分量不是很够，真的没什么好挑剔的。
The main is Rib eye steak with pineapple. (My apology for forgetting to take photo for this one). The steak was wrongly asked to be done "medium well" before, but the chef had helped us to amend that to "medium". Frankly it was heartfelt act or I shall be suffered. Back to the steak. The steak is perfectly done and still juicy. The only thing could be complained was the portion was quite insufficient.
结论︰所有食物感觉很扎实。一定会再来光顾。
Conclusion: All dishes are good. I shall come again.
