从餐厅外表看来, 我还以为它只是一家在海旁的酒吧或者咖啡店, 提供著轻食去送酒或配咖啡, 但从菜单看来, 提供的主菜款式相当丰富, 当中不乏一些有心思的Fusion菜式, 例如是一夜干窝饭, 油香和咸香均, 饭粒吸收了精华, 饱满而丰味, 但依然能够保持干身, 不会糊化, 相当有惊喜. 另一道有惊喜的是前菜的纸包虾, 甜辣汁酱除了平均沾在炸香过的虾身外, 也能深入虾肉之中, 送啤酒一流. 扒类烤的火候处理得不错, 二百多元定价正常, 可以吹着海风吃晚饭, 也算是不错的享受.From the appearance of the restaurant, I initially thought it was just a bar or café by the seaside, offering light snacks to accompany drinks or coffee. It is quite surprising. Another delightful dish is the paper-wrapped shrimp appetizer. The sweet and spicy sauce not only coats the fried shrimp nicely but also penetrates into the meat, making it a perfect complement to a beer. The grilled dishes are cooked to perfection, and with a price of around 200 dollars, it's a reasonable option to enjoy a dinner while feeling the sea breeze. Overall, it's a great dining experience.
