之前Bookmark咗Shine, 近排成日去尖沙咀, 终于有机会试😂约咗个Friend 6:30pm食dinner, 可能因为香港人未放工😂所以唔洗等位就入咗去. 我同个friend一人叫咗一个main, waiter话Grilled Angus Rib Eye Steak系推荐菜色, 叫咗黎试试. 另一个main叫个三文鱼.10oz Angus Rib Eye Steak with red wine sauce($388), 个人觉得唔点汁反而仲好食, 食到𠮶阵炭味, 配以蕃茄, 芦笋, 薯仔(牛下面)同埋garlic. 肉眼有smoked taste, tender, 肉味浓, 好食!Pan-fried salmon steak with herbs yogurt sauce($268), 旧三文鱼都几大, 煎得一啲都唔dry, 而且唔会over cooked, 同样都系觉得净系食个dish会好食啲😂原味原味.Overall: 坐得舒适, 食物质素嘅楼上餐厅, 因为叫𠮶啲系肉为嘅dish, 所以好似偏贵, 但都见到menu有$200以内嘅pasta/risotto
