是次选择了罂粟籽的贝果，罂粟籽令贝果更加香口，而厨师将贝果微微烘热，吃下来香香脆脆，但又不会太硬。至于烟三文鱼的味道鲜美，如配合柠檬汁及腌豆的话，增加了酸及咸味，就加更可开胃。本来这款贝果是配有洋葱，不过个人不太喜欢生洋葱的浓烈味道，所以特意叫厨师去掉了它。

不只是贝果做得好，店内的咖啡亦具质素，朱古力咖啡非常香滑，而朱古力及咖啡的比例刚刚好，亦不会太甜。
