oct 02, 12.............2人来lunch.............叫咗 :1) 面包 (免费)-听经理讲喺homemade.........不过上枱时并唔暖热-食友就好欣常个薄脆2) menu lunch 1 x 2 (@hk$298)i) squid salad w/crispy vegetables, citrus flavor-相喺1/2 portion.........店方知道我哋喺share,帮我哋全部分晒先上-鱿鱼有弹性,不过无唛鲜味,味道主要靠个dressing,微酸ii) porcini soup-相喺1/2 portion.........presentation好靓-呢个我10分like.........很浓菇味,打得好滑,creamy得嚟,texture唔厚身-中间放咗小小ricotta cheese,搅均再饮..........仲有少少柠檬嘅香气..........可能源由𠮶几滴油都唔定-伴以面包脆粒iii) risotto of the day-相喺1/2 portion-呢个risotto嘅创意度好高,摆脱平时common嘅材料组合-无

-鱿鱼有弹性,不过无唛鲜味,味道主要靠个dressing,微酸 ii) porcini soup

-呢个我10分like.........很浓菇味,打得好滑,creamy得嚟,texture唔厚身
-中间放咗小小ricotta cheese,搅均再饮..........仲有少少柠檬嘅香气..........可能源由𠮶几滴油都唔定
-伴以面包脆粒 iii) risotto of the day
-相喺1/2 portion
-呢个risotto嘅创意度好高,摆脱平时common嘅材料组合
-无谂过芝士会配上微酸味嘅capers同煮过嘅citrus果皮丝
-之后再撒以类似焗过嘅parmesan芝士碎
-饭唔腍,但同al dente有点距离,第1口味道觉得怪怪的,又微酸,又有点甜,因以前食嘅risotto都比较正路............不过食多几啖就开始惯 iv) softly cooked beef shoulder (+hk$48)
-相喺1/2 portion
-牛肩肉很腍,牛味不浓,主要喺个sauce提味 v) gelato miramonti x 2
-经理讲用上意大利鸡蛋,所以都香鸡味,另外texture好滑好滑
-而士多啤梨喺煮过嘅,少暖
-因为喺homemade,都溶得快...........所以要快手食..........好like vi) petit fours x 2
-有mini eclair (棒子味同朱古力味), macaron同balsamic truffle
-我好钟意食eclair............所以迷气版对我嚟讲太细啦............hahaha
-而红色嘅macaron喺raspberry味配朱古力酱,外表都算薄脆,中间软身,味道合格
-但个热情果味macaron就唔知点解会变得干实,失咗手
-而cube状嘅truffle就好浓朱古力味,又好滑,balsamic sauce放得不多,所以体味唔到佢带出嚟嘅火花 vii) drink x 2
-我就叫咗decaf latte,食友就叫热咖啡
-有点要赞就喺壸奶喺暖嘅...........很细心...............唔喺好多间餐厅会肯做到呢个details 3) tortelli stuffed w/langoustine, cabbage, duck foie gras cream sauce (hk$398)
-相喺1/2 portion
-除咗2个lunch set之外,我哋再散叫1个pasta
-pasta里包住scampi,食到鲜味,只喺唔强
-底下垫有炒过嘅椰菜丝,食友话我知个椰菜香油味,所以提我tortelli同椰菜分开食,免被油味抢过去
题外话/补充资料:
* 体会到厨师放咗好多心机谂个menu...........亦勇于尝试.............不流于传统意大利菜..........不过期望日后新菜色嘅整体味道夹得协调d
* 另这里嘅portion唔大...........+多个a la carter嚟share都唔会好饱
* l'altro嘅意思解the other............而且总厨来头好猛料添..........佢喺意大利间餐厅,连继续1x年攞到米芝莲2星..............食完我明白咩叫the other...........就喺新派意大利菜
