Read a few bloggers' recommendations and was kind of looking forward in visiting this place. Food and service turned out to be total disappointment. Read a few bloggers' recommendations and was kind of looking forward in visiting this place. Food and service turned out to be total disappointment. This is not to mention the price tags on some dishes they served.

Seafood platter - salmon sashimi? 赤身 tuna? Did I go to 元气? Half a small claw from a crab, where did the other half of my small claw go? Clams and mussels were not fresh and not even mentioned we found small ice cubes inside mussel and clam shells, made me wonder how long were they being stored before serving us. Prawns are rotten, with meat falling into pieces as I took off the shells. To be honest, oysters are the only food that upto standard, so we ordered 2 dozen of oysters more.

Oysters - Good quality of oysters they served, fat and fresh, selectively chosen but the choices are very limited. They only served French oysters (& 1 Jap) here.

Octopus Salad - nicely handed but the size of dish was a bit small

King Crab Salad - even the waiter couldn't explain where the King crab was in the salad. He explained the King crab is the being fried and....etc, but we ended up noticing the fried "thing" is an egg yulk

Burrata Salad - nicely handed and fresh but once again the smallest burrata I ever since seen

Mains - We ordered a few but the one I have chosen is M4 Australian Rib-eye - managed to book to medium-rare as ordered which is good! But the steak is thin, not hot when they served it. I guess I shouldn't expect too much on steaks when I am at a seafood restaurant, but with a price tag of 588, I think they should try harder

Service wise was pooring, so-called sommelier managed to break the cork of my 1990 Figeac, which was scary. Waiter was chatting and not paying attention what happened to our glasses, I ended up need to getting up to pour my own champagne, white wines.

Environment was nice and I think I will only return if I am taking a foreigner who enjoys view and has no demand on food and service.
