之前行街经过见到好似几好食，于是星礼拜六夜晚就系openrice外卖自取落单班兰鸡饭同花胶鸡汤粉皮。点知食下食下就快食晒之际，系班兰鸡饭d菜到发现有只完整翻肚小强🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮成世人第一次食野食到小强😡最嬲嘅系揾openrice客服全数退款，客服只系一直覆同一句同餐厅负责人跟进紧，跟进左3日等到今日礼拜二先话退返一个班兰鸡饭钱比我，呢间餐厅永远都唔会再帮衬，都叫左身边朋友唔好再食呢间😡I ordered take-away and ate 班兰鸡饭 and 花胶鸡汤粉皮 at home. However, eating 班兰鸡饭, I found that there was a small cockroach in the salad🪳 I almost 🤮 when I found it, and of course, I couldn't eat anymore and thrown both of them away.I contacted Openrice explaining that and asked them to refund all of the fee, but

I contacted Openrice explaining that and asked them to refund all of the fee, but the staffs in charge of the restaurant didn't respond well almost "three days". After I waited three days, they only offered the half refund of what I paid for that meal...
I won't go to the restaurant. I do never recommend.
