成日帮衬光荣冰室都系食佢嘅午餐 今次的起心肝一定要食到煲仔饭😤星期五嘅晚上排咗大概半个钟就有位坐啦🤪食得煲仔饭就预咗要等😊再等多半个钟 我哋order嘅窝蛋牛肉煲仔饭同咸蛋肉饼煲仔饭都到啦😍打开煲盖 完全可以用香喷喷来形容😜加上佢热辣辣 超级适合依加嘅天气 食落劲满足🤩肉饼好香 口感好软😋牛肉系鲜牛肉片 份量都几多下🤤肉质鲜嫩 完全唔会过熟而太韧😆只蛋都唔会因为焗咗阵而流唔到心👍🏻煲仔饭嘅精髓一定系饭蕉 呢度嘅饭蕉都好香脆 但又唔会觉得佢太硬 口感一流 非常惹味～.Finally got to try the famous 光荣冰室 claypot rice! Finally got to try the famous 光荣冰室 claypot rice! Went on a Friday night and let me tell u the line up was longgggggg, Which was expected because it usully takes a bit of time to make the claypot rice 🍚 got the classic egg and beef claypot rice and also a minced pork pie claypot rice 😋 once u open that lid, all the amazing smells just rushed in your nose 👃 makes me just want to skip the photo and just dive into eating! Minced pork pie was soft and the juices dripped all over the rice 🤤 the beef was still nice and tender, wasnt overcooked at all 😆 the egg was still raw enough for all the yolk to drip into the rice (super amazing with the rice) 👍 last but not least, the best part of claypot rice, the rice crust at the bottom! What a great end to the meal 😂
