位于中环的座银在拉面界很出名，每次经过外面都有长长的人龙🥱店铺以拉面和沾面作为主打，环境不算大不过服务不错。🍜鸡白汤拉面 ($138)对白色浓厚的汤底真是毫无抵抗力.... ՞• •՞而且还有很多泡泡汤的口感很滑，完全不会过咸。挂在碗面的分别是鸡肉和豚肉，口感偏干而且少了点肉香；香脆的炸牛蒡增加口感～唯一美中不足就是拉面本身是没有溏心蛋的，需要额外加钱🥚----------------------🥢Chicken tsukemenThe ramen taste great with the whipped chicken broth.
