Pasta lovers can savor HUE’s new exclusive PASTA PRANZO Set Lunch Menu with handmade pasta while enjoying stunning harbourside views that enhance the dining experience.
Appetizers include a steaming bowl of Minestrone Soup, accompanied by homemade Focaccia drizzled with extra olive oil and aged balsamic, or a vibrant Caprese Salad featuring tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and basil.
For the main, I have chosen Linguine alle Vongole - a classic crafted with fresh clams and anchovy, offering a tantalizing oceanic encounter. And, a hearty Ox Cheek Pappardelle with its rich beef ragu topped with fresh parmigiano.
For an additional HK$48, desserts can choose between the beloved Tiramisu - rich with mascarpone and a hint of Mr. Black coffee liqueur, or a creamy Panna Cotta - elegantly served with fresh fruit and a mixed berry jam.
The PASTA PRANZO Lunch Set Menu will only be available for online booking.
