呢度嘅选择有好多 有辣有唔辣 拉面粗有幼 沾面有冷有热🍜 超级钟意食呢度嘅沾面 拎左咁多年米芝莲真系名不虚传🤩一碗非常之我口味嘅沾面😋最欣赏嘅系呢度嘅面底 软硬适中好弹牙 加上挂汤能力好强 再一啖都会食得出有好浓鱼介味嘅汤😍叉烧肥瘦均匀有入口即溶嘅效果😆加上份量都几大下 食完超级满足～.one of my favourite tsukemen in hong kong - the michelin 💫 Ramen Jo! i love how the shop is little & cosy which gives you an authentic vibes especially when the workers there communicate in japanese 🤣 the texture and temperature of the noodle is a 10/10 and match perfectly with their delicious broth 💯 i truly enjoyed my tsukemen & would definitely recomm
