5月1日劳动节，去完赤柱拍拖后，我们就去了铜锣湾食晚餐。在拉面和越南河之间，我们最终拣了这间新式的越南河。Today was Labour Day, after going to Stanley, my girl and I went to Causeway Bay to have dinner.We decided to eat either ramen or pho, and finally we went to this modern pho restaurant.至尊河粉包括了生熟牛柳片/牛腩/牛肉丸/牛栢叶/牛尾/牛展/扎肉。汤底比较浓，第一次食牛尾，太肥腻。Supreme Combo included medium rare filet mignon, briskets, beef balls, tripe, oxtail, beef shank, and cha lua.The soup was rich in flavour. 汤底比较浓，第一次食牛尾，太肥腻。
Supreme Combo included medium rare filet mignon, briskets, beef balls, tripe, oxtail, beef shank, and cha lua.
The soup was rich in flavour. It was my first time to eat oxtail, too heavy for me.

将微暖的猪颈肉沾些鱼露，然后夹在生菜里食。
猪颈肉若然不沾鱼露，味道略淡。
Grill pork jowl with lettuce may not limit to Vietnam, but maybe South East Asia.
The pork jowl was a bit light in taste if you did not eat with fish sauce.
题外话/补充资料：
假期店内人亦不多，但很多人透过外卖apps叫外卖。
There were not much people even it was holiday, but many people ordered delivery through apps.
