a good place for celebrating TGIF! this restaurant is located in remote location of tsuen wan. however it does worth a visit! it gave me a really chill vibe by the moment I walked in. we were led by a very police waitress. we had an order of french edible crab risotto as recommended by most of the openrice users, grilled australian lamb rack as main, french fries with cheese as side dish, and chocolate molden cake with vanilla ice cream as dessert. food came pretty slow but i can assure you that they worth our wait. risotto had a fancy outlook. there were some uncooked pasta as decorations, which made the dish extra appealing. 2 crab sticks were obviously seen. very rich sauce. lamb rack was huge in portion. since i couldnt take it too raw, i requested for a well done. nevertheless, texture of the meat was still well-controlled. very juicy inside. not very tender to chew even its cooked thoroughly. some sweet potatoes as side veggies. to my surprise, french fries were exceptionally good. every single fries was nicely wrapped with cheesy coat. last but not the least, molten cake was literally molten. when you cut open the cake, the chocolate sauce just leaked like lava. hot and creamy. meanwhile vanilla ice cream was the best accompany of molten cake. you can tell its not some cheap vanilla ice cream as you can literally see the vanilla beans. overall speaking, quality of food is absolutely above my expectation. every dish was prepared with a considerable amount of effort. though they were a bit busy on Friday night that they couldnt come to you instantly whenever you wave. just be patient. you will be totally satisfied by the food.
