We got lucky and reserved our seats to this Omasake lunch experience. It’s amazing to have close up view on how the chef cuts and prepare each piece for us. Each sushi has its own distinguish and fresh taste. My favourite is definitely the 小肌鱼 because I love that fish taste. I love the toro hand roll, it was very satisfying.
