I seldom write reviews here but this time I really gotta express great disappointment at its substandard service in the Restaurant Week event:I arrived at the restaurant punctually at 7pm last Friday but was told on the spot that the dining time allowed was only 1.25 hours until 8:15pm (for its next round of diners) and this special condition had already been shown on the reservation confirmation message. I arrived at the restaurant punctually at 7pm last Friday but was told on the spot that the dining time allowed was only 1.25 hours until 8:15pm (for its next round of diners) and this special condition had already been shown on the reservation confirmation message. I said I wasn't aware of that and questioned why no staff called me about that. I was very unhappy so I cancelled the reservation and left for another restaurant also participating in this event.
Later I checked all the reservation messages but couldn't find any remarks about this short time allowance. I chose this restaurant because I tried Patrick's food when he still got a restaurant in Wan Chai. This disappointment ruined all the good memory.
