🥖Xiao Long Bao
A kind of Chinese steamed dumplings with a total of 8 flavours of 8 different colours. Restaurant recommends a serving sequence from original, luffa gourd, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, crab roe, garlic and szechuan flavour. A sequence from light to heavy taste. All of them taste pretty good, I especially like black truffle one. It even has a piece of black truffle inside!
🥚Steamed salted egg york custard lava charcoal bun
Its appearance is bit dull, with only black charcoal color. But the inside filling is surprisingly delicious. Egg yolk custard is lava like juicy which almost spills over when you get the first bite. Well seasoned, strong taste of salted egg yolk.
🍜Dan dan noodles
The broth is intensely strong and flavourful. Just slightly spicy. And you can taste a hint of peanut butter sauce in the broth, which gives an earthy sweet and savory flavour.
